Pool Cleaning

CHEMICAL ONLY – WEEKLY
• Monitoring and Maintaining of Pool Water Chemistry
• Test and add chemicals weekly: Test Chlorine, PH, Acid, Total Alkalinity
• Filter will be backwashed as needed
• If you like to “do it yourself,” at least do your pool a favor by letting professionals manage its water quality. Save your pool’s finish, your equipment and possibly your family’s health by having us out weekly to manage your pool water.

CHEMS & BRUSH – WEEKLY
• Test and add all chemicals weekly: Test Chlorine, PH, Acid, Total Alkalinity
• Empty Skimmer baskets
• Check Pool/Spa Equipment for proper operation
• Brush pool walls and skim water surface
• Tiles will be scrubbed along with brushing every other week
• Filter will be backwashed as needed.

FULL SERVICE – WEEKLY
• Test and add chemicals weekly: Test Chlorine, PH, Acid, Total Alkalinity
• Empty Skimmer baskets
• Empty Pump Baskets
• Net surface of debris
• Brush Perimeter walls and tile
• Brush Pool steps
• Vacuum entire pool as needed
• Monitor all pool equipment
• Filter will be backwashed as needed
• Check Pool/Spa Equipment for Proper Operation

SPA ONLY SERVICE
• Test and add chemicals weekly: Test Chlorine, PH, Acid, Total Alkalinity
• Clean top and bottom surfaces of debris
• Brush perimeter tile line
• Vacuum spa each visit
• Brush steps and walls, lights and skimmers
• Empty skimmer and pump strainer baskets

*Price Adjustments are made in consideration of the following factors
• Size of pool
• Age and condition of components
• Chemical Demand of pool
• Indoor or outside
• Trees, shrubs, bushes, etc
• Access to pool
• Shedding pets
• Location of property

FILTER CLEAN & SUMMERIZATION
• We clean all filters two times per year. There is a $75 charge per filter clean, $95 if done for a non serviced pool.
• We will summerize your pool in May which is a service that prepares your pool for summer activity. This service includes conditioning the pool and adding an algaecide in order to ward off algae. This Service is $100 for pool/pool and spa and $50 for fountain
